You must have lived in McLennan County since December 2019, be 18 years of age or older, and be fluent in English or Spanish. In addition, you must have been hospitalized for COVID-19 or are a member of a household in which someone was hospitalized for COVID-19.
We will use a test approved for research purposes to try to determine if you have been exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19. It is not a guarantee that you have or have not been exposed to the virus. See the About page for more details. You will be entered in to several drawings for HEB gift cards of varying amounts.
Your information will only be seen by the research team that is trained in ethical research responsibilities. You, your place of work, your family, and all other information collected will not be individually identified in any of the research reports or findings.
